Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix Parish (Montreal, QC)

Since 2012 the pastoral charge of the parish of St-Paul-de-la-Croix has been entrusted to the Canadian District of the Voluntas Dei Institute. A team made up of members of the Institute ensure the animation of the parish. Currently, Father Philippe Désiré is the parish priest. Fernand Gaumond, deacon, is responsible for the pastoral care of baptisms. A few Voluntas priests do occasional ministry there. Jacques Théberge is involved as a reader, communion minister and retreat preacher. Simone Huneault, Missionary Oblate of Mary Immaculate, is a member of the Catechumenate team.

The parish offers several services including Sunday and weekday mass as well as the sacraments of baptism, confession, confirmation and marriage. The parish also offers services for funerals, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and catechesis for children. It also accompanies candidates for the priesthood.

Several organizations hold their meetings there, such as the team of Our Lady of the Apostles, Saint-Vincent-de-Paul and the group La Sainte Face.

The church is located at 10215, Ave Georges-Baril, Montreal, QC, H2C 2M9. For more information, you are invited to visit the Facebook page of the parish at www.facebook.com/eglisestpaul.
